When placing your order please be sure to include any necessary drop off information like gate codes or instructions. We will do our best to hand the arrangement to somebody in person. However, if we are unable to contact somebody we will try to find a shaded place for the your blooms to wait for you. We are not responsible for any damage caused by excess time outdoors.

Yes and no. For our weekly and bi-weekly subscriptions customers are charged on Mondays. Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays. For monthly subscriptions, customers are charged on the 1st of the month and deliveries are made on the 2nd. If you’d like a specific delivery date you can leave it as a note in the checkout page or shoot us an email to hello@dandelionfloraldesign.com with your order number! We will do our best to accommodate you.
